Request a new volume

Use this online form if you would like Records Management Services to create a new volume of an existing file for you.

This form can be used for both hardcopy and electronic records, such as General Files, Research Administration Files, Personnel and Student Files. To ensure new volumes are created as quickly as possible ensure that you follow these directions.

  • Include the correct record number.
  • Add any additional notes or explanatory comments which may assist us in making up the new volume.
  • Remember to include your contact details so we can quickly contact you if required.
  • Use the TAB button to move between fields; pressing ENTER will submit the form to Records Management Services.
